Twenty seven 4-H members from Ohio participated in the 2012 National 4-H Congress held in Atlanta from November 23-27. This year’s theme was Become a Catalyst of Change and Ohio delegates attended workshops, participated in community service projects and exchanged ideas with more than 1,000 youth from all over the country. State Achievement Award winners are selected each year to serve as the Congress delegates from Ohio, based upon their documented 4-H and community achievements.
