- The 4-H Center’s north driveway is entry only; the south driveway is exit only.
- Please use the east circular drive for drop off and pick up only. There is no parking permitted on this drive.
- Please make sure you completely understand OSU parking restrictions and availability, including other events that may be scheduled in the facility and at nearby venues.
What should I know about guest (non-employee and non-OSU student) parking at the 4-H Center?
Beginning March 1, 2026, CampusParc has mandated that the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center transition from paper passes to its Offstreet web platform for guest (non-employee and non-OSU student) parking:
- Please note that the Offstreet platform is only meant for use by guests (non-employees and non-OSU students) of the university. If you are a university faculty/staff member or OSU student, please visit the FAQ section below entitled “How should faculty, staff and OSU students plan to park at the 4-H Center?”
- The 4-H Center’s Offstreet parking portal can be found at: go.osu.edu/4hpass
- Parking registration can only be completed on the day of the event. Once registered, it is valid through 11:59 PM that day. Guests (non-employees and non-OSU students) are encouraged to register for parking before arriving at the 4-H Center.
- A 4-digit code is required to complete parking registration. This code will be shared with event hosts to send to their non-employee and non-OSU student guests in pre-event communications. The codes have a set term and will be replaced periodically throughout the year.
- For meetings scheduled with the 4-H Center faculty and staff, the meeting organizer will include the 4-digit code in their Outlook invite for use by guests (non-employee and non-OSU student) of the university. The CFAES Events Team will send up-to-date codes to the 4-H Center’s residents as old versions expire throughout the year.
- A license plate number is required. If you need assistance registering your vehicle, please have your plate number with you, so we can help complete registration.
What steps should guests (non-employees and non-OSU students) follow when parking at the 4-H Center?
- Park your vehicle either behind the 4-H Center or across Fred Taylor Drive in the Bill Davis Stadium Lot.
- Visit go.osu.edu/4hpass. (Parking registration is valid for the entire day, guests are encouraged to register in advance from any internet-connected device before arriving at the 4-H Center.)
- Input your license plate number and state. (If using a personal device, you can save your vehicle for future visits.)
- Type in the current 4-digit code.
- Type in your first and last name.
- Click done. You will be registered to park for the rest of the day.
How will the 4-H Center support the new parking process?
- Sandwich board signs will be positioned by the 4-H Center’s exterior entrances with parking instructions and QR codes linking to the Offstreet parking portal. Additional digital signage will be displayed on the first floor of the 4-H Center for guests (non-employees and non-OSU students) to see upon entry.
- An iPad will be available in the 4-H Center lobby with access to the Offstreet parking portal for guests (non-employees and non-OSU students) who do not register in advance and do not have a smartphone or an internet accessible device.
- The CFAES Events Team will be available during event registration to help support guests (non-employees and non-OSU students), faculty and staff with parking registration.
How should Ohio State faculty, staff and OSU students plan to park at the 4-H Center?
- Faculty, staff and OSU students should either utilize a valid CampusParc permit, purchase a single-day CampusParc pass HERE, or use ParkMobile (Zone: 69104).
- Parking sessions in ParkMobile (Zone: 69104) can be paid hourly and extended via their smartphone app. Users may start with the minimum time needed and extend as necessary throughout the day. More information regarding ParkMobile can be found HERE.
- The Emeritus Permit, available to faculty granted emeritus status by The Ohio State University Board of Trustees, remains valid for use at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center.
- Faculty, staff or OSU students who do not utilize a CampusParc permit, purchase a single-day CampusParc pass HERE, or use ParkMobile (Zone: 69104) may be issued a parking ticket. CampusParc's license plate scanning technology is able to confirm whether or not those utilizing Offstreet are employees or OSU students.
What should I do if I receive a citation as a guest (non-employee and non-OSU student), but my vehicle was registered in Offstreet?
- If you registered your vehicle as a guest (non-employee and non-OSU student) in Offstreet and received a citation, please reach out to the CFAES Events Team at BookWithCFAES@osu.edu. They will work directly with CampusParc on the issue.
