Ohio 4-H youth will be flying high this summer learning all about drone technology, thanks to a donation from Rover Pipeline. The $40,000 gift will give 4-H'ers at camps and fairs the opportunity to fly drones by completing a series of challenges that focus on precision agriculture.
According to Dr. Bob Horton, 4-H Educational Design Specialist, "This program will give youth hands-on experience in understanding the innovative ways unmanned aerial vehicles are used in agriculture today and help them think about some amazing career opportunities."
