Ohio 4-H members Eric Glaze and Ben Sanders took second place honors in August at the 2014 FilmFest 4-H, the National 4-H Film Festival held in St. Louis.
Eric (left) and Ben (right), members of the Pathfinders 4-H Club in Warren County, entered their short film “A Centennial of Extension with Dr. D. Howard Doster.” Dr. Doster, a retired OSU Extension agent, who is also Eric’s grandfather, shared his experiences with Extension from his childhood through his career.

The 4-H Cloverbud Day Camp at the Ohio State Fair was an enjoyable/educational event just for Cloverbuds at the state fair. Objectives for this year's camp is STEM-centered in that 4-H Cloverbuds will understand sounds and how they travel and are heard through vibrations.

2013 Excellence in 4-H Award
Bruce P. Zimmer, Extension Educator, 4-H, Monroe County has been recognized by The Ohio State University Extension for his outstanding contribution to the Extension 4-H Youth Development program area.
Bruce received the Excellence in 4-H Award on December 4, 2013 during the Ohio State University Extension Annual Conference at the Ohio Union on OSU campus.

Nancy Harriett Bull Hudson, Ph.D. recently was selected for a prestigious honor - as an inductee into the National 4-H Hall of Fame. Nancy worked in the Greene County Extension office from 1975-1990 as the County Extension Agent, Home Economics. Nancy was also Assistant Leader for Small Business and Associate Professor with OSU Extension from 1990-1992.

The 12-member Ohio team excelled at the 63rd National 4-H Engineering Challenge held September 29-Oct. 1 at West Lafayette, Indiana. The event had 55 youth from 9 states competing in nine project areas.
