Curriculum for 4-H Professionals
The 4-H Cutting Board Challenge is designed to give youth a hands-on experience related to food preparation, food safety procedures, and an opportunity for team building and critical thinking. The teams are evaluated on their food preparation process and final product.
This curriculum is designed to allow 4-H professionals, along with teen and adult volunteers throughout the state to be equipped with various lesson plans related to emotional intelligence including: self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, and relationship management.
