Arrival Checklist for the OSF Junior Horse ShowÂ
 Junior Horse Show Medical Release Form-To be printed and turned in at check-in at the JHS.
Junior Horse Show T-Shirt Order Form-Preorder closes on 6/30.
Entries:  Exhibitors who qualify for the Ohio State Fair Junior Horse Show can submit their entries online at https://ohorse.fairwire.com/.  A non-refundable $50.00 stall fee is due with the entry and payable online. The entries must be submitted no later than 1:00pm on Monday, July 1, 2024.
- Once a youth has qualified in at least 2 PAS classes, they must complete the following action items by 1:00pm on Monday, July1Â to be eligible to show at the Junior Horse Show:

- Be a current member in good standing with their county/club/chapter.
- Submit their entry online through the Ohio State Fair website and pay their $50 entry/stall fee.
- Upload their horse’s negative Coggins test (dated on or after January 1, 2024) to their 4-H online account under their project animal.
- Upload their EquiSTEP completion certificate to their 4-H online account under their project animal.
- Upload any out-of-county PAS show forms to their 4-H online account under their project animal.
- Exhibitors showing in Ground Roping may register here: Ground Roping Registration
- Participants ONLYÂ participating in Ground Roping must use the above from to avoid paying the stall fee.Â

Move-in Date: Stalls will be open for set-up and horses to move in beginning at 6:00pm on Sunday, July 14, 2024.Â
The Junior Horse Show office will be open Sunday from 6:00-8:00pm, Monday - Thursday from 7:00am-9:00pm, and Friday from 7:00am until 1 hr after the end of the show.
Camping:
Primitive Camping Prohibited
Camping at the Ohio State Fair is permitted only in designated areas. Absolutely no camping will be permitted outside of approved camp sites at the Ohio State Fair, including parking lots. Guests found to be residing overnight in campers, vehicles, trailers, tents, or any other area outside of an approved campsite will be fined $250 per night.

COSTUME CLASS ONLINE ENTRY FORM
Group Stalls and Private Tack Stalls:  Exhibitors wishing to stall together must submit an online Stall Request form using the link below by the entry deadline of July 1, 2024 at 1:00pm. Designated community tack stalls will be available in each aisle at no charge! In addition, a limited number of private tack stalls will be available for purchase at $50.00 per stall on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to exhibitors who will be stalling together and sharing tack stalls. Invoices for tack stalls will be emailed the week of July 3rd and must be paid within 72 hours.
