Counselors serve in a leadership role, supervising campers, providing cabin management, planning and participating in all camp activities, leading songs, games, educational programs and more. At Shooting Sports Camp, campers participate in discipline-specific sessions with adult instructors. Counselors will have the chance to select a shooting sports discipline and will work with the adult instructors in that discipline. Counselor selections will be finalized after all training requirements are completed and upon the recommendation of your local 4-H Educator.
