Jacob Shuman, a 4-H member from Ross County was selected as Naitonal 4-H Council's Youth in Action Award winner for Agriculture and Animal Sciences. His award focused on his service and development of a honey bee education program: Teens Educating Adults and Children about Honey Bees (TEACH B). Jacob will serve as a spokesperson for 4-H, sharing the impact of 4-H on his life and inspiring other youth. He received a $5000 scholarship and $5000 for additional agriculture programming in Ross County.Â
