  • EVERY ATTENDEE/PRESENTER MUST REGISTER
  • $30.00 Registration Fee (Please provide chartfields in registration)
  • Registration closes Midnight, Wednesday, February 5, 2020.
  • Bring your own OSU/CSU issued name badge
  • A table will be available if you have hard copy handouts or resources that you would like to set out for pick-up.
  • Notice of weather related cancellation will be sent by e-mail no later than 3:00 p.m. Monday, February 10th.
  • The State office has arranged for a photographer to take professional type head shots.  If you would like a photo taken, indicate in the last item on registration.
