- Provide administrative support to the Assistant Director / State 4-H Leader of the Ohio 4-H Youth Development program
- Oversee the state 4-H office and assist with many state 4-H events
- Manage the county 4-H educator and other state 4-H office positions candidate screening and interview process
- Coordinate in- and out-of-state travel
