UPDATE as of March 10, 2021:

We know there are many questions about the upcoming OMK event season.

Due to the continued state health mandates and organizational policies from The Ohio State University and the Ohio National Guard, we will continue conducting events on virtual platforms.  At this time, we can definitively say that our 5-day residential camp on Kelleys Island, for both 9-11 and 12-15 year olds, will be cancelled this year.  Unfortunately, even if the public health restrictions were to be removed, there would not be appropriate time to plan all aspects of this sizeable event.

Dependent upon the state health orders and policies set forth by the collaborative organizations, there is a possibility that some in-person events may be conducted later in the year.  At this time, there are NO in-person events scheduled.  When, and if, that opportunity arises, we will send information out to everyone.

Virtual events

Fieldstone Farm

May 10, 17, 24 from 4:30-5:30 PM  - come for one, or come for all!

Fieldstone Farm and Ohio Military Kids are excited to welcome you to three days of creative, fun, and educational lessons online. Virtual lessons are a great way to increase learning about horses, develop your own equestrian skills, and supplement your riding/driving activity.

All lessons are taught by PATH Intl. certified instructors. Lessons will consist of interactive activity, discussion, games, and more – sometimes a horse friend will even pop in on a lesson!

Register here by May 6:

After registration, participants will be emailed a zoom link to attend the sessions.
